Our story
Billing broke the day pricing went per token.
In 2023 our founders ran infrastructure at a fast-growing AI startup. Usage doubled every month — and so did the spreadsheet that turned API logs into invoices. One missed join cost them a six-figure enterprise renewal.
Tokix is the system they wished they had: a ledger that records every token as it happens, prices it with rules finance can read, and produces invoices engineers can trace back to a single call.
Today Tokix meters more than 41 billion tokens a month for 1,900 products in 38 countries, from offices in San Francisco and Berlin.
